Job summary

The Scalehouse Manager at Reworld is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the scale house, supervising staff, and ensuring timely processing of financial, operational, and customer information. You will lead daily scalehouse, receiving, and shipping activities and drive continuous improvement of administrative processes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Operations preferred; equivalent combination may be considered.
• Minimum 3-5 years of office management/scalehouse operations experience.
• Experience supervising a small team and driving KPIs and reporting.
• Knowledge of basic accounting, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily scalehouse, receiving, and shipping operations to support objectives.
• Lead, supervise, and develop administrative staff; assign work and monitor performance.
• Manage invoices, coding, reconciliation, and records with accuracy.
• Schedule loads in Salesforce and maintain shipment data.
• Ensure policy compliance, internal controls, and timely KPI reporting.
