Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Scalehouse Manager to oversee safe, efficient scale house operations, receiving, and shipping activities at the Pinewood site. You will supervise administrative and scalehouse staff while supporting basic accounting tasks and KPI reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, an associate degree (or equivalent), and strong MS Office skills. You will drive process improvements and ensure policies are followed to support safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in office management, scalehouse operations, logistics, or accounting support.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience supervising or managing a small team is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience monitoring KPIs, preparing reports, and using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily scalehouse, receiving, and shipping operations to support objectives.
• Supervise, train, and develop administrative and scalehouse staff.
• Manage administrative staff and ensure adherence to office policies and controls.
• Report daily production and KPIs and elevate trends or issues.
• Assist with basic accounting processes including invoicing and reconciliation.
• Schedule loads and maintain accurate shipment information in Salesforce.
