Juniper Square is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Scaled Mid-Market in Denver. You will manage a large portfolio, drive retention, and deliver value by aligning customer data with product adoption. The role emphasizes AI-assisted workflows and cross-functional collaboration.

You will own renewal conversations, monitor health, and work across teams to seize expansion opportunities while advancing customer-centric improvements in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience in customer success or account management (SaaS preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Experience handling high-volume customers with time management and prioritization.
• Ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights.
• Familiar with customer enablement using data/tech; Salesforce, Outreach, Looker preferred.
• Proactive in using AI across CSM deliverables with real, contextual examples.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of 220+ client accounts, guiding them through the customer journey after onboarding.
• Own customer health and success by developing strategies to increase value and retention.
• Build trust-based relationships and drive product adoption and satisfaction via scalable engagement.
• Identify opportunities for retention and expansion within your book of accounts.
• Monitor health and usage trends to spot risks and growth opportunities.
• Support renewals and mid-contract escalations, collaborating across teams for expansion.
• Be the voice of the customer and advocate for improvements.
• Develop deep knowledge of the customer, product, and industry.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) in core CS workflows to boost readiness.
• Share AI learnings with the team to benefit others.
