Juniper Square is seeking a Scaled Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to manage a large portfolio of small and mid-sized clients, driving adoption and retention. You will act as a strategic advisor, leveraging AI tools to deliver value and scale with the business.

You will own renewal conversations, collaborate across teams, and build deep knowledge of customers and the product, contributing to the success of a rapidly growing platform in private markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or account management, SaaS preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling high-volume customer interactions with prioritization.
• Ability to analyze customer data and metrics to derive actionable insights.
• Experience using data/tech to drive enablement (Salesforce, Outreach, Looker).
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to grow in knowledge.
• Consistent use of AI in CS deliverables with real examples of impact.
• Passion for customer success and adaptability to changing environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of 220+ client accounts through onboarding and ongoing success.
• Develop and deploy strategies to increase customer value and retention.
• Build trust-based relationships and drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for retention and expansion within your book of accounts.
• Monitor customer health and usage trends to spot risks and growth opportunities.
• Support renewal conversations and mid-contract escalations; collaborate cross-functionally.
• Advocate for customer needs and influence product/process improvements.
• Develop deep knowledge of customers, product, and industry.
• Leverage AI tools as part of your core CS workflow to improve efficiency.
