Job summary

Pacvue is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Manager focused on Ads to design and execute one-to-many programs that drive adoption and ROI for Helium 10 Ads and Amazon Seller Central campaigns.

You will balance a small direct book with scalable digital engagement, shaping retention and expansion strategies across the ads portfolio while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize client success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, account management, or retention with independent program ownership.
• Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central Ads or Helium 10 Ads platform.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon advertising structures, bidding, keywords, ROI.
• Experience managing a book of business with direct relationships.
• Proficiency with automation, CRM, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose retention and expansion challenges across the ads portfolio with new frameworks.
• Become an expert on Helium 10 Ads and Amazon Seller Central tools to drive ROI.
• Manage direct relationships with key accounts and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Familiarize with Helium 10 products and integrate ads into growth strategies.
• Develop scaled programs and track ROI improvements.
• Collaborate with Support, Marketing, Product, and Brand teams on education resources.
