Job summary

Pacvue is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Manager focused on Ads to design and manage digital, one-to-many CS strategies for Helium 10 Ads and Amazon Seller Central advertising. You’ll handle a broad portfolio while growing a direct book of accounts, delivering guided support through playbooks, content, metrics, and automation.

You’ll drive program design, ads strategy, and cross-portfolio retention economics, shaping innovative programs grounded in ad performance data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, account management, or retention with end-to-end program ownership.
• Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central Ads or Helium 10 Ads; campaign management and ROI metrics.
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle and growth through ad spend.
• Strong communication to explain advertising concepts to sellers at all levels.
• Experience with automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose retention and expansion challenges across the ads portfolio with new frameworks.
• Become an expert on Helium 10 Ads and Amazon ads tools; build scaled engagement strategies.
• Maintain strategic relationships with key accounts; conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve ad features and adoption.
• Track ROI and scale campaigns through data-driven engagement.
