Job summary

Pacvue is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Manager focused on Ads to design and execute one-to-many customer success programs for Helium 10 Ads and Amazon Seller Central campaigns. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio, blending scaled digital engagement with strategic 1:1 relationships.

You’ll own the ads CS strategy end-to-end, develop data‑driven campaigns, and partner with product and marketing to improve adoption, retention, and ROI across sellers at varying stages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer retention.
• Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central Ads or Helium 10 Ads platform.
• Deep understanding of Amazon advertising including campaign structures and ROI measurement.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve diverse, undefined retention and expansion challenges across the ads portfolio.
• Become an expert on Helium 10 Ads and Amazon Seller Central advertising tools.
• Manage a small book of direct business with strategic relationships and QBRs.
• Familiarize yourself with the full Helium 10 product suite and ads enhancements.
• Develop scaled programs, onboarding and adoption campaigns, and ROI improvements.
