Job summary

Pacvue is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Manager focused on Ads to design and run digital, 1:Many CS playbooks for Helium 10 Ads and Amazon Seller Central advertising solutions. You will manage a diverse portfolio, blending scaled engagement with select 1:1 relationships to maximize ROI and adoption.

You will build and refine programs grounded in data insights, own the strategy end-to-end, and collaborate with Support, Marketing, Product, and Brand teams to drive retention and revenue growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success or account management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads or Helium 10 Ads.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end programs independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose retention and expansion challenges across the ads portfolio; build new frameworks and onboarding/renewal strategies.
• Become an expert on Helium 10 Ads and Amazon Seller Central advertising tools; design scaled engagement strategies.
• Manage a small book of direct accounts; conduct quarterly business reviews; identify expansion opportunities.
