Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial or process engineering with scale-up focus.
• Experience moving R&D/pilot processes to full-scale manufacturing.
• Proficient in process simulation software (Arena, Aspen Plus) and data analysis.
• Strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge; problem-solving and PM skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in renewable energy or high-tech manufacturing a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify efficiency improvements.
• Develop and document new processes from concept to full-scale production.
• Design experiments to validate process parameters and scale-up robustness.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Create process flow diagrams, equipment specs, and SOPs.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues related to process variability and equipment performance.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Develop process models and simulations to predict performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
