Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial engineering with a focus on design and simulation.
• Experience with process simulation software (Arena, AnyLogic, FlexSim).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into insights.
• Understanding of manufacturing/processing operations and lean principles.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document new industrial processes for agricultural product processing.
• Model and optimize process flows, throughput, and resource utilization using simulation tools.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for improvements and new equipment.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and R&D to implement designs.
• Create SOPs and process documentation; ensure standards compliance.
• Troubleshoot process issues and train staff on new processes.
