About the Role

This role is crucial for optimizing and expanding our manufacturing processes as we grow. You will be responsible for analyzing existing production methods, developing innovative solutions for new product lines, and ensuring efficient and reliable scale-up from pilot to full-scale production. The successful candidate will work closely with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to translate laboratory concepts into robust manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities
