Job summary

H&B Facility Services is seeking a high-energy CEO to own P&L, drive growth, and build a scalable platform in partnership with Boyne Capital. You will lead strategic and operational initiatives, from sales engine build-out to multi-site field operations, with a focus on culture and performance.

You will cultivate key customer relationships, sponsor-driven M&A activity, and shape the platform's growth trajectory while maintaining a hands-on, data-driven leadership style.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading commercial cleaning/janitorial services with recurring revenue.
• Direct ownership of sales, multi-site/facility operations, labor, and subcontractors.
• Proven track record of P&L impact in the lower middle market.
• Experience driving account retention, expansion and new acquisitions.
• Based in Central or Eastern US, with travel up to 50%.
• Post M&A integration/consolidation experience in a PE environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to the PE sponsor, with a direct seat in shaping the platform's direction.
• Own the strategic and operational agenda for the business, translating vision into action as you build and execute the platform's growth story.
• Build and lead a modern sales engine from the ground up, driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate relationships directly with key customers, personally opening doors to new partnerships and expanded wallet share.
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team and field workforce, building a culture that scales with the business.
• Set the operational playbook establishing the best practices and standard operating procedures that will define the platform as it scales.
• Support the platform's M&A engine, evaluating add-on acquisition targets and driving integration efforts alongside Boyne's deal team.
