Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ cashier experience in retail and 1–3 years’ office/clerical experience preferred.
• Strong Word and Excel skills with good data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Visually verify inbound/outbound vehicles on scale deck and enter weight in computer.
• Verify material type and enter codes in computer.
• Process customer payments and verify pay information for accuracy.
• Sort tickets by material codes, totals, and data entry; file paperwork.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to appropriate area/person.
• Handle clerical functions including entering information and developing reports.
