Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required and strong customer service skills.
• Experience as a cashier in retail and clerical assistance is preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; ability to handle both customers and employees with courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Visually verify inbound/outbound vehicles on scale deck and enter weight.
• Verify material type and enter codes in computer.
• Process customer payments and verify pay information.
• Sort tickets for materials by codes and totals; perform data entry.
• File paperwork and maintain organized records.
• Answer calls, provide directions and route questions to the right area.
• Perform other clerical duties as needed.
