Job summary

You will balance data entry, ticket processing, and reporting while coordinating with drivers and supervisors to ensure accurate weights and timely documentation. This is a full-time position located at the plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate scale house computer systems to obtain accurate weight information.
• Verify shipments by comparing scale tickets and bills of lading.
• Issue receipts and collect required tickets and documentation.
• Maintain organized records for reporting and analysis.
• Communicate with haulers, drivers, and supervisors in person, by phone, or by email.
• Perform general day-to-day administrative tasks and paperwork.
