Lehigh Hanson Inc. is seeking an organized administrator at an active aggregates facility in the Sumner area to weigh and process truck loads, issue tickets and invoices, and maintain precise records. You will coordinate with drivers and plant staff to ensure smooth traffic flow and inventory reconciliation.

Accurately weigh and process inbound and outbound truck loads using scale systems
Issue tickets, invoices, and documentation while ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate traffic flow
Maintain organized records and reconcile daily transactions and reports
Support plant operations by monitoring inventory movements and identifying discrepancies
Ticket Ultra Blocks produced from returned ready-mix concrete and maintain accurate related documentation.
Provide administrative and operational support as needed, including assisting with production reporting, data entry, customer interactions, coordinating site activities, and performing other duties to support efficient site operations.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple transactions accurately
Effective communication skills and confidence interacting with drivers, customers, and team members
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining organization and composure
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with scale or point of sale systems
Dependable, safety focused mindset with a commitment to teamwork and accountability
This role is based at an active aggregates and ready mix facility with frequent interaction with trucks, equipment, and outdoor conditions. The position requires extended periods of sitting, standing, and working at a computer, along with consistent communication with drivers and plant staff.
Competitive base salary $46,500 - $54,635 ($22.36 - $26.27)
