The ideal candidate will manage truck scale operations, maintain accurate records, and assist with accounting tasks. This position requires at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field, proficiency in QuickBooks, and strong organizational skills. Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in office, accounting, or scale house environment.
• Experience in aggregate, construction, trucking, or ready-mix industry strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage fast-paced interactions with drivers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck scale and weigh inbound and outbound loads.
• Generate and manage scale tickets and load documentation.
• Enter daily transactions and tickets into QuickBooks.
• Assist with billing and recordkeeping.
• Report employee hours for payroll processing.
