Job summary

SA Recycling is seeking a Weighmaster to operate truck scales for inbound and outbound materials, review loads, and direct drivers to unloading areas. You’ll process payments and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior scale experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The job involves indoor/outdoor work in varying weather and some weekend coverage in summer months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience operating truck scales in related industries preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic software.
• Bilingual English & Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate inbound and outbound truck scales and document loads.
• Direct drivers to unloading areas and complete yard routing.
• Process payments and maintain transaction records.
• Complete required documentation for vehicles and loads.
• Assist customers with pricing questions and material types.
