Responsibilities

• Operate Scale House computer system to accurately weigh and ticket trucks.
• Monitor activity and maintain accurate records of all sales transactions.
• Welcome visitors and provide professional customer service in person and over the telephone.
• Direct inquiries and relay information to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain filing systems, inventory records, and databases.
• Coordinate communication between departments and distribute reports as needed.
