Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in scale operations, customer service, administrative support, logistics, trucking, construction materials, or related industry preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Ability to travel between locations and work flexible schedules as needed.
• Experience in aggregates, asphalt, ready-mix, heavy civil construction, or trucking operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck scales and accurately process inbound and outbound material transactions.
• Generate scale tickets, delivery documentation, invoices, and related records.
• Provide professional customer service to drivers, contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Support dispatch, trucking logistics, and production scheduling activities.
• Maintain accurate data entry, reporting, and daily transaction reconciliations.
• Assist plant and operations teams with administrative and clerical tasks.
• Follow all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide scale house and office coverage at multiple locations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with plant personnel, dispatchers, and customers to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support safe and productive operations.
