Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years related field experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, printers, and scanners.
• Ability to read and write English fluently and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through telephone, text message, and email channels.
• Build aggregate material orders.
• Create scale tickets for hauled material.
• Enter data into database programs.
• Any other duties as specified per supervisor.
