Responsibilities include ensuring accurate truck weights, ticket accuracy, and prompt customer service, with coordination for dispatch and scale operations. Proficiency with Excel and Word, good attendance, and flexibility for overtime are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with scale house operations preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills in Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Record truck weights accurately and ensure ticket accuracy.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with sales/dispatch and scale ops manager as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the scale house and surrounding area.
• Assist with clerical duties and ensure timely entry of operating hours.
