SECURE is hiring a Scale Desk Administrator at the 13-Mile Landfill. You will support Landfill Operators and the Facility Manager, serving as the primary contact for drivers and ensuring smooth daily operations at the site.

The role follows a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule with 12-hour day shifts, based at our 13-Mile Landfill, contributing to safety culture and efficient administration.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or GED is required.
• Administrative and/or accounting experience is an asset.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate weigh scale system and communicate with drivers throughout the process.
• Provide knowledgeable customer service to drivers, clients, and teammates.
• Create, manage, and process scale tickets and daily ticket entry.
