Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience preferred; customer service a plus.
• Strong basic math skills (decimals, fractions, percentages) and the ability to interpret data/graphs.
• Proactive communicator who can work outdoors in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Weighing trucks in and out with precision and providing top-tier service to drivers.
• Issuing truck permits, setting up new accounts, and ensuring accurate billing data.
• Dispatching instructions for special waste disposal to operators and managers.
• Testing scales daily and managing environmental compliance tasks.
