Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scale operations, shipping/receiving, logistics, or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck scales and accurately record inbound and outbound material weights.
• Prepare and maintain scale tickets, shipping documentation, and load records.
• Coordinate transportation scheduling and customer pickup requests.
• Communicate with customers, sales representatives, and carriers regarding shipments and schedules.
• Perform administrative duties including data entry, reporting, filing, and phone support.
