Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience in Scala development for high‑performance systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Scala-based trading applications for front‑office trading and capital markets operations.
• Build high‑performance, low‑latency market data processing, trade capture, and execution.
• Develop scalable microservices and distributed applications for trading platforms.
• Collaborate with traders, analysts, and operations to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Integrate trading apps with market data providers, exchanges, and internal systems.
• Support production deployments and perform root cause analysis to prevent issues.
• Adhere to security policies, development standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and document architecture and procedures.
• Continuously improve Scala development, FP, and distributed computing practices.
