The environment is fast-paced, business-driven, and focused on delivering scalable and low-latency solutions. This role involves close interaction with Front Office stakeholders and technical teams in a mission-critical trading ecosystem.

Role:

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, multi-threaded backend applications
• Maintain and improve platform stability, scalability, and low-latency messaging capabilities
• Work closely with business users to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions
• Provide support for production activities and ensure the reliability of the trading platform
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and continuous platform improvements
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices across the development team
• Core Java (modern versions), multithreading, performance optimization
• Exposure to C++ or other performance-oriented languages
• Client-side technologies such as C# or similar
• Messaging and communication protocols, including TCP-based systems
• Nice to have: experience with electronic trading platforms or vendor solutions

Profile:
