Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Communications/SCADA Project Manager to oversee telecommunications, SCADA, fiber optic, and RTU replacement programs for a west coast utility. You will drive project plans, schedules, costs, and risk management from initiation to closeout.

The role requires coordinating engineers, technicians, contractors, and vendors, ensuring safety and quality while meeting business objectives. A strong background in utility infrastructure is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with engineering, telecommunications, SCADA, fiber optic, or utility projects.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, reporting, and change control.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors on technical projects.
• Proficient with project management tools to track performance and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee telecommunications, SCADA, fiber optic, and RTU replacement projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project plans, schedules, cost forecasts, risk assessments, and procurement strategies.
