Job summary

Riviera Utilities in Foley, AL is seeking a SCADA Technician to support the OT team in maintaining and programming process control equipment for water, gas, and wastewater systems. The role involves troubleshooting SCADA/HMI, PLCs, and related hardware, and performing preventative and corrective maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with two years of electrical/electronics or industrial maintenance experience, and must obtain a valid driver's license within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years in electrical/electronics/industrial maintenance.
• Willingness to obtain a valid Driver’s License within 60 days.
• Experience with SCADA, PLCs, and instrumentation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining and updating SCADA systems for safe, reliable operations.
• Documents changes to SCADA/HMI and supports engineering projects.
• Installs, programs, inspects, calibrates, and maintains PLCs and SCADA components.
• Troubleshoots electrical and SCADA systems and responds to outages.
• Maintains technical drawings and documentation; responds to abnormal conditions.
