Part of a larger team delivering high-quality technology solutions to the business. Assists with the design, development, and installation of software solutions. Helps build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software in compliance with internal architecture, development, and design standards & best practices. Assists in designing, modifying, developing, writing, implementing, and troubleshooting software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications. Participates in the testing process through review, analysis, witnessing, and certification of software. Works within a Waterfall or Agile methodology/framework. Collaborates heavily with Project Management, Business Analyst, and Infrastructure teams.

What You'll Do:

• Support OSI-Monarch's Power System Applications, including Automatic Generation Control (AGC).
• Troubleshoot and support the operational SCADA environment to ensure optimized monitoring and reliable system reporting.
• Maintain custom database configurations for Monarch.
• Provide on-call support after hours (24/7) on a rotational basis.

What We're Looking For:

Solution Engineer Associate (SG5):

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.
• Experience: No additional experience is required.
• An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Solution Engineer (SG6):

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.
• Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience is required.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Basic understanding of NERC CIP security principles.
• Familiarity with WAN and VPN concepts.
• Basic knowledge of the C programming language.
• Awareness of communication protocols such as DNP3, Modbus, and ICCP.
• Understanding of ladder logic.
• Knowledge of Remote Terminal Units (RTUs).
• Experience in workstation management for patches and support.

Location: Preference for candidates living within 50 miles of Columbus, OH.
