Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer-facing electrical projects from initiation through delivery. You will coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects finish on time and within budget, while driving high customer satisfaction.

A 2+ year PM background and SCADA familiarity are required. You will manage project planning, resources, and finances, report progress, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2+ years of PM experience.
• Technical understanding or background with SCADA solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Office and Visio.
• Ability to manage project financials and forecast revenue.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project priorities, scope, resources, and timing with stakeholders and customers.
• Assist management in developing project plans and design alternatives.
• Monitor deliverables and progress through regular communication with team and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
• Prepare reports on progress and issues.
• Ensure projects align to corporate and customer plans.
