Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Manager in the United States to coordinate customer-facing technical projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-schedule completion within budget and delivering high customer satisfaction. This hybrid onsite role includes ~25% travel to customer sites and company locations.

You will handle project planning, resource allocation, estimating, execution, and support, working with customers, contractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; 2+ years PM experience preferred.
Technical understanding of or background with SCADA solutions.
Proficiency in MS Project, Office, and Visio.
Ability to manage project financials and forecast revenue.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with customers, contractors, and sales staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate project priorities, scope, resources, and timing of deliverables with stakeholders.
Assist management with evaluation and development of project plans and design alternatives.
Monitor deliverables and progress with ongoing communication to project members.
Identify risks and mitigate potential problems.
Prepare reports on project progress and issues.
Ensure projects are completed per corporate and customer plans.
