Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer-facing electrical engineering projects from initiation to delivery on a hybrid onsite schedule. Travel to customer sites and company locations is expected about 25% of the time, coordinating with contractors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, 2+ years in project management, and hands-on experience with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; 2+ years project management experience.
Technical understanding or background with SCADA solutions.
Proficient in MS Project, Office and Visio.
Ability to manage project financials with revenue forecasting and profitability.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate project priorities, scope, resources, and timing with stakeholders.
Assist management with evaluation and development of a project plan and design options.
Monitor deliverables and progress with regular stakeholder updates.
Identify risks early and mitigate potential issues.
Prepare reports on project progress and problems.
Ensure projects align with corporate and customer plans.
