The City of Aurora is seeking an experienced SCADA Instrumentation Lead within Aurora Water to supervise instrumentation and controls technicians, review plans, and ensure the reliability of electrical and control systems. You will mentor staff, assist with budget and training, and participate in project testing and upgrades.

Applicants should have extensive PLC and OIT programming experience, strong knowledge of NEC rules, and a proven leadership track record in water/wastewater environments.

Qualificações

• 4 years of instrumentation experience in troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of electrical systems and control equipment.
• ISA CCST certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of testing window.
• Proficiency in reading electrical one-lines and P&ID drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
• Lead I&C staff and provide training and scheduling support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and automation.
• Support project testing, FAT/SAT, and system upgrades.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
