This hands-on leadership role combines engineering management, project oversight, and technical guidance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in control systems and SCADA, strong communication skills, and a track record mentoring engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience with industrial controls and SCADA systems.
• Strong experience in water/wastewater automation or related process industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SCADA Engineers.
• Assign engineers to projects and manage priorities, workloads, and project deliverables.
• Establish and maintain SCADA programming, configuration, documentation, and version-control standards.
