Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an Engineer III or IV - SCADA to design and integrate SCADA systems for high voltage substations and transmission projects up to 500 kV. The role requires independent engineering work with guidance from senior staff and occasional travel to project sites.

The base pay ranges are provided for Engineer III and IV levels, with PE license adjustments. A broad benefits package and opportunities for growth are noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification within 6 months of entering position; PE license preferred in the future.

Responsibilities

• Design and on-site integration of SCADA systems for utility-scale wind, solar, and storage projects.
• Create/support basic network switch configs and SEL HMI/RTU programs.
• Create/support fiber diagrams and communication block diagrams.
• Assist with SCADA integration activities and project data analysis.
