Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in SCADA, OT, or power systems.
• Experience with SCADA/OT integration and real-time simulation.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (IP/LAN, firewalls, topology).
• Experience with cybersecurity testing and OT security practices.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SCADA/OT issues.
• Support SCADA integration, testing, upgrades, and migrations.
• Develop test procedures and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT/OT, cybersecurity, and utility stakeholders.
• Support HIL testing and real-time simulation.
• Assist with grid modernization initiatives.
