Qualifications

• Graduate degree not strictly required; equivalent work experience considered.
• SC resident due to location requirement.
• 3+ years of experience in medical practice management or equivalent administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct Practice Support: implement products and execute ACO initiatives under leadership; ensure wellness visits and care transitions meet goals.
• ACO Training & Development: train staff and providers on processes and technologies; assess training needs and engage with clinicians.
• Customer Success: listen to practice concerns and relay insights to leaders for improvement.
