Qualifications

• 2-5 years in commercial or SBA lending, closing, or related operations.
• SBA 7(a) experience and knowledge of SBA SOPs.
• Experience coordinating with attorneys, vendors, and third parties.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and keep timelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own approved transactions from post-approval through funding.
• Maintain and monitor the approved-to-funded pipeline and aging.
• Coordinate closing timelines and borrower communications.
• Manage vendor, counsel, and internal team coordination.
• Support SBA ETRAN submissions and authorization processes.
