Quill in Pleasant Grove, UT is seeking an experienced SBA Portfolio Manager to oversee the ongoing management, monitoring, and performance of a portfolio of SBA‑guaranteed loans. You will work with Relationship Managers, SBA Underwriters, Loan Operations, and auditors to maintain a compliant and profitable portfolio.

You will monitor financial performance, ensure SBA SOP compliance, and coordinate risk management actions across teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of SBA lending or portfolio management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SBA SOP requirements (7(a) and 504).

Mansioni

• Oversee the full life cycle of SBA 7(a) and 504 loans after closing and ensure SBA SOP compliance.
• Monitor borrower relationships for financial performance, covenants, and collateral.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and identify early warning indicators.
• Manage past-due, deferred, or impaired credits with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare SBA reporting (1502) and servicing requests via CAFS/E‑Tran as needed.
• Maintain accurate loan file documentation for audits and reviews.
