You will handle loan booking, servicing transactions, reporting, and customer service, collaborating with multiple departments and using systems like nCino and PCFS Loan Manager. The role emphasizes accuracy, controls, and timely processing.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of experience in banking, commercial/SBA lending, or related field.
• Working knowledge of PCFS Loan Manager and nCino preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn loan systems and databases.

Aufgaben

• Onboard and book loans in systems like nCino and PCFS Loan Manager.
• Review loan information for accuracy and completeness.
• Process loan maintenance, payments, disbursements, and servicing transactions.
• Prepare reporting including 1502, guaranty fee, CRA, and GL activity.
• Coordinate with Accounting to resolve servicing or reconciliation matters.
• Support secondary market activities and loan closings.
