Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, timely manner.
• Provide guidance on loan processes and procedures.
• Research questionable transactions to ensure accurate resolution.
• Process loan transactions including payments, payoffs, exemptions, and corrections.
• Maintain Core processing system and update loan records.
