Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or GED equivalent with 4 years' experience in support, operations, or customer service.
• Preferred SBA loan servicing experience.
• Proficient with Excel and loan servicing systems.

Responsibilities

• Account Servicing - Maintains and services SBA and commercial loan accounts across the lifecycle with accuracy and compliance.
• Operations - Processes transactions, researches discrepancies, and responds to inquiries from customers, vendors, and partners.
• Service & Support - Provides high-quality support by researching issues and resolving complex service requests within SLAs.
• Business Proficiency - Acts as a subject matter expert for SBA servicing processes, systems, and procedures, assisting with training.
• Additional Responsibilities - Performs loan modifications, assumptions, deferments, and other servicing actions; updates systems; reconciles ledgers.
