Qualificações

• Minimum of one year of SBA loan processing/closing or related banking experience.
• Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Understanding of SBA loan process and required documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to meet timelines with accuracy.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Review SBA loan files for completeness and compliance.
• Package standard SBA loans using procedures and checklists.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to support processing and closing.
• Order and track third-party reports (appraisals, environmental reports, collateral docs).
• Obtain due diligence like credit reports, tax transcripts, and OFAC checks.
• Assist with SBA E-Tran entry and loan term alignment.
• Ensure timely updates for pipeline reporting.
• Address pre- and post-closing audit findings to mitigate risk.
• Support senior processors on more complex SBA transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
