Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Loan Review Advisor to support SBA OCRM by performing detailed reviews of 7(a) and 504 loan files, across origination, servicing, liquidation, and targeted reviews. You will identify compliance issues and document findings in structured work papers and reports.

You will interact with SBA lenders, resolve deficiencies when possible, and prepare clear summaries for management. Willingness to travel up to 10% and a pursuit of Active Public Trust clearance are considered

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of four (4) years of SBA 7(a) and/or 504 loan experience.
• Experience reviewing loan files for compliance, risk, and program requirements.
• Ability to prepare detailed work papers and loan file review reports.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files for 7(a) and 504 loans across origination, servicing, liquidation, and reviews.
• Identify compliance issues, document findings, and draft clear loan file review reports.
• Interface with SBA lenders to clarify documentation and resolve deficiencies when possible.
• Manage file reviews using secure data systems and maintain supporting work papers.
