Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a seasoned SBA Servicing Officer to manage the existing SBA loan portfolio under supervision. You will handle deferments, restructures, collateral substitutions and monitor risk ratings while ensuring documents and tax returns are current.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and about 5 years in financial analysis and SBA loan servicing, with strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. A bonus eligibility is noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university is required.
• 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and SBA loan servicing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills via phone and email.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to perform detail oriented work with high accuracy and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced department.
• Proficiency with personal computers and related software.

Responsibilities

• Handle all servicing requests (deferrals, collateral substitutions, restructures and assumptions) requested by a borrower.
• Collect and analyze annual financial information from clients.
• Monitor loans for possible risk rating changes. Monitor SAC reports for classified loans quarterly.
• Ensure financial statements, tax returns, recorded documents and UCC ticklers are current and properly maintained.
• Assist with follow up on any delinquent loan accounts.
• Conduct post-closing audit to comply with credit display and loan authorizations.
• Monitor and maintain performance-based loans according to policy.
• Demonstrate adherence to Bank policies and applicable compliance regulations (BSA/AML/OFAC).
• Promote a harassment-free work environment and contribute to Cyber Security efforts.
