Guidehouse is seeking a Loan Review Advisor to support SBA OCRM by conducting detailed reviews of 7(a) and 504 loan files, ensuring compliance with SBA program requirements and SOPs. You will work with lenders, document findings, and draft formal reports in a secure data system.

The role requires US citizenship, a Bachelor's degree, and at least four years' SBA loan experience, with strong analytical and communication skills to explain deficiencies and risks. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a federal Public Trust.
• Bachelor's degree plus four years' SBA loan experience or equivalent
• Experience reviewing loan files for compliance and risk with SBA requirements
• Strong analytical and written-summary skills

Responsibilities

• Review SBA 7(a) and 504 loan files for compliance with SBA requirements.
• Prepare detailed work papers, loan file review reports, and summaries.
• Interact with SBA lenders to clarify documentation and resolve deficiencies.
• Manage multiple file reviews and meet delivery timelines.
• Utilize data systems and workflow tools to track reviews.
