Job summary

Windsor Advantage LLC is seeking a Loan Processing Associate to manage SBA loan applications from intake through closing. You will verify borrower documentation, ensure compliance with SBA rules, and coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and lenders to deliver accurate, timely closings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in administration, finance, or a similar industry.
• Experience with loan processing and loan closings.
• Experience with SBA rules/regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the entire loan application lifecycle, from initial intake to final closing.
• Maintains meticulous attention to detail to ensure adherence to SBA regulations and bank policies.
• Distribute, collect, and review loan processing checklist to obtain SBA Authorization and loan closing.
• Interface with SBA loan specialist staff and lenders throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Prepare and review SBA authorization and interface with closing counsel.
