Job summary

Windsor Advantage LLC, an affiliate of Capital Bank N.A., is a premier lender service provider specializing in SBA 7(a) and USDA lending platforms. The Special Assets Associate will coordinate communications with clients, borrowers, and third parties, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in finance/admin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred; or equivalent related work experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration, finance, or similar industry.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with increased responsibilities.
• Experience with closing documentation and closing requirements.
• Experience with SBA product offerings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit a detailed understanding, application and adherence to intensive servicing and liquidation policies.
• Keep complete, auditable electronic documentation for all functions.
• Manage intensive servicing and liquidation relationships with bank/credit union clients and third parties.
• Manage intensive servicing liquidation timeline for wrap up and charge off.
• Understand all SBA SOP and liquidation forms/packages.
• Draft and issue demand letters on delinquent loans.
• Submit Secondary Market Repurchase for loans in liquidation.
• Prepare timely Guaranty Purchase Packages for SBA submission.
• Guide discussions with Lenders regarding Workout/Forbearance agreements.
• Order third-party reports and manage vendors.
• Conduct liquidation activities such as Auctions, Foreclosure, and pursuit of guarantors.
• Conclude liquidation with SBA via Wrap Up/CPC Reports.
• Interface with SBA Servicing Center staff.
• Perform special projects as assigned by supervisor or senior management.
• Adhere to all policies, regulations, and laws including BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC.
