Job summary

Getevolved seeks a SBA Business Development Officer to work with the National Sales Manager and SBA Loan Coordinator to develop and process SBA 7a, 504 and USDA loan opportunities in the Memphis market. You will take and process applications from referrals and direct prospects, managing deals through credit and closing.

You will coordinate SBA loan applications and provide complete packages to SBA credit or secondary market underwriters, ensuring timely, accurate processing and adherence to SBA

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SBA experience.
• SBA underwriting, financial analysis and SBA regulations knowledge.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and related software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized with multitasking and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
• Team player who adapts to change.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with referral sources and direct prospects to identify, qualify and package SBA & USDA loans.
• Have working knowledge of SBA underwriting criteria.
• Effectively manage identified deals from the field to Denver operations center.
• Provide complete loan packages to SBA Credit or Secondary Market underwriters.
• Assist closers with loans funded by investors and interim closings.
• Develop and manage loan referrals from qualified mortgage and business brokers.
• Pre-quali fy, propose, package and assist credit and closing with 7a & 504 loan packages.
• Multitask and meet critical deadlines.
• Keep management informed of current activities and significant issues.
• Ensure a clean, secure and well-maintained work area.
